As and When Geotechnical Engineering Services throughout the Northern Region and, possibly, other areas of British Columbia. TIMELINE: The Ministry intends to establish up to six (6) concurrent "as and when" consulting services contracts with up to six (6) Proponents through this solicitation process. These Contracts are for geotechnical engineering services. The Contract term will be three (3) years with a total fee upset limit for each contract of $4,000,000.00. At the discretion of the Province and subject to available appropriation and satisfactory performance, there is an option-to-renew the term of this agreement for three additional one-year periods of time.
