The Public Improvement, upon which quotes are requested, generally consists of repairing sanitary sewer manholes and storm drain outlets, located at the drainageway along Rockvalley Lane NW between 1st Avenue and E Avenue. Early Start Date: Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Late Start Date: 08/25/2025 Milestones: None Final Completion: 10/20/2025 A pre-Bid conference has not been scheduled for this Project. The successful bidder shall be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price Bid Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Cedar Rapids Public Works Department 500 15 th Avenue SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Ph. 319-286-5802 The City Council of the City of Cedar Rapids reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to enter into such contracts as it deems to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to defer acceptance of any proposal for 60 calendar days after the bids have been received and opened.
