Inc., with an awarded amount of $138,445.50** Questions Due Date: Jun 30th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT Contract 2: "2025 Drainage Improvements" on Old Stage Road in Penn Forest Township 393 LF of 15" Smooth Bore Thermoplastic Pipe 76 LF of 24" Smooth Bore Thermoplastic Pipe All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Penn Forest Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Penn Forest Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
