Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fallon, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and military facility.
BG390 is a 1,200 sf Masonry building. The works consists of a New Mechanical System, New Exterior Window, New Stucco Skim Coat, New Roofing, New Lighting System, New Acoustic Ceiling tiles/grid, New Plumbing fixtures, New Bathroom Accessories/Partition, New Epoxy Floor (Fuel Resistant), New paint INT/EXT, Drywall Patch/Repair, and new FF&E. BG3600 is a 2,500 sf Pre Engineered Building Built on 4' Masonry Stem Wall. The works consists of New Exterior Windows, New Lighting System, New Acoustic Ceiling tiles/grid, Minor HVAC Work, New Plumbing fixtures, New Bathroom Accessories/Partition, New Laminate flooring, Raised Access Flooring, New Doors and Hardware (INT/EXT), New paint INT/EXT, Drywall Patch/Repair, New Framing and drywall, and new FF&E. The intention of this Task Order is to obtain all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the detailed Scope of Work for BG390 and BG3600 Renovation Project. This Project is Design Build. This project will provide major renovations to two facilities within the NAS Fallon Fuel Farm; Building 390 - Fuels Lab and Building 3600 - Fuels Operations. Temporary facilities need to be provided for each facility during renovation. Renovations will be phased with Building 390 being completed first before construction begins on Building 3600. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required permits and payment for those permits. The contract completion date will be 720 calendar days from the date of award. Contract Completion: 720 calendar days after award (includes 15 days for bonds & insurance submittal) Estimated Range of Construction for the Base and All Options is Per Far 36.204(F) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project will provide major renovations to the NAS Fallon fuel farms operations facility. This project will: 1. Provide design for and renovate all areas of the operations facility, building 3600, including painting of interior and exterior, windows, interior and exterior doors, LED lighting, suspended ceilings, laminate flooring, furniture and fixtures, fire protection system, full kitchen and break room remodel, and new canopy covers for exterior doors. 2. Provide a new CAC enabled security system to control access to the operations building, both main gates to the fuels compound, and the man gate to the fuels compound. 3. Provide two temporary office trailers, furnishing and connectivity required to maintain fuel farm operation management through the duration of the renovation project. Trailers will be located across Carson Road from BG3600 in the dirt parking lot area. This project takes place at building 390 within the NAS Fallon Fuels compound. This project will provide major renovations to the facility housing the NAS Fallon fuels testing laboratory. The lab is a C type lab as outlined in UFC 4-310-03 DoD Fuels Laboratory Standards. This project will: 1. Renovate all areas of the lab facility including HVAC, flooring, roof, interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, lighting, bathroom fixtures, cabinets and work benches, lab equipment, and minor demo. 2. Provide a temporary C type lab facility for NAS Fallon fuels testing to continue through the duration of this contract without interruption. Minor Demo: An abandoned concrete containment, roughly 6 foot by 5 foot, south of the facility will be demolished and backfilled.
