**As of September 5, 2025, the project was awarded to East Coast Contracting, with an awarded amount of $76,789.09.** A bid bond must accompany each bid. The bid bond shall be equal to five percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must present the City Manager with a performance bond in an amount equal to the contract amount. The successful bidder shall also secure and maintain, at its own expense, during the contract term, the types and limits of insurance outlined in the contract documents. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled time from the receipt of bids for a period of thirty days. The City of Seaford reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any or all informalities in any bid or bids.
