The proposal submitted for this Project must include all the items identified in the accompanying plans and project specifications for Design-Builder services to complete the Project. Seeking design-build services to design and build one (1) new apartment complex, consisting of 44 units total (the "Project") on the Tribe's reservation in Watersmeet, Michigan. The Tribe will use funds available through a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") award from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority ("MSHDA") and is therefore subject to certain labor and procurement requirements under Federal and Tribal law. In addition to LIHTC funds, the Tribe is supporting completion of the project with its own funds and has an existing force labor pool that can be subcontracted to perform site preparation framing, roofing, drywalling, and finish work. Project has an estimated budget of $10-$13 mm. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
