Lenoir County shall receive submissions documenting qualifications for services herein described. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. All changes to the terms, conditions,or specifications stated in this request for qualifications (RFQ) shall be issued through formal addenda and posted under Bid Opportunities on the Business tab of Lenoir County's official website. Note that all posted addenda must be referenced in the firms response to this RFQ. Lenoir County is requesting interested firms to provide a statement of qualifications to prepare a design to stabilize approximately 110 LF of stream bank on Bear Creek. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than ten calendar days prior to the RFQ submission deadline on July 11, 2025. Answers to questions received within the allotted time will be addressed by formal written Addenda. Questions received after the July 1, 2025, deadline will not be answered.
