The Work includes Natural Resources Department-DEWR Office Building. This project includes construction of a 21,500 SF single story building on a 4.5 acre site, the current home of the Safety of Dams in Ronan, Montana. Martel Construction is seeking bids for all scopes of work generally consisting of, but not limited to the following: Selective demolition, Site demolition, Cast-In-Place Concrete, Concrete Reinforcement, Concrete Finishing, Masonry Verner, Structural Steel Framing, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Thermal Protection, Metal Roofing & Siding, Fiber Cement Siding, Doors/Frames/Door Hardware, Composite Windows, Aluminum Storefronts & Entrances, Drywall, Interior/Exterior Painting, Ceramic Tiling, Resilient Flooring, Carpet, Signage, Fire Extinguishers/Cabinets, Toilet/Bath/Laundry Accessories, Residential Appliances, Vehicle Charging Equipment, Manufactured Wood Casework, Quartz Countertops, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Excavation, Grading, Paving Specialties, Striping, Site Furnishings, Utilities, Curb and Gutter, Landscaping.
