The magnitude of construction is: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204 (e). THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERANS-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) ONLY, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 38 U.S.C. PART 74.
