The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division (SAD), Caribbean District (SAA) requires Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services for Civil Works, Military, and Interagency and International Services (IIS) projects. Selections will follow the Brooks Act procurement procedures, with firms chosen for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 for Engineering Services. This is an unrestricted announcement for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A-E services, with a target of five unrestricted awards and three awards to small businesses. A small business is defined as having annual gross receipts of $25.5 million or less. The Government intends to award up to eight contracts to the most highly qualified firms, sharing a total capacity of $249 million over a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, totaling five years. This is a synopsis requesting submission of SF330s in accordance with EP 715-1-7 and FAR Part 36. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
