Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Superior, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The project scope includes a 6-foot wide concrete sidewalk along the west side of Panther Drive between US 60 and Sunset Drive, a distance of approximately 6,000 linear feet. The project also includes a 1.5-foot wide rolled concrete curb and gutter, eleven ADA ramps with handrails, and crosswalks at the intersections. Proposed drainage improvements consist of a swale with riprap along the sidewalk. As July 7, 2025, this project is in the design phase. The project is being administered by the Arizona Department of Transportation. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been established.
