Reference Number 0000391257 Bid Intent Not Available A brief summary of Work for which the Proposal is requested consists of: The Town of Erie, Colorado (Owner) is accepting proposals for the construction of the North Water Treatment Facility. Construction will be completed under a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. The CMAR agreement includes: Phase I Design Services and Phase II Construction. Construction will include the procurement, permitting, construction, testing and start-up of a new raw water pump station, solids handling facility, and the 6.6 million gallons per day (mgd) North Water Treatment Facility (NWTF). Question Deadline 08/01/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions related to this bid should be submitted through the online. Questions submitted prior to the Pre Proposal Meeting will be answered and included in the Pre-Proposal Agenda. Questions asked at the Pre-Proposal meeting will be included in the Pre-Proposal meeting minutes and issued in an addendum to all Proposal Holders. Questions received after the Pre-Proposal will be answered in a formal addendum (if needed), by July 25, 2025.
