Reference Number 0000391155 The City of Thornton is requesting proposals for the design of the Thornton Parkway Entry Monuments. The Project consists of the conceptual design of a family (3-5 total sign concepts) of entry monuments for the City of Thornton, the development of construction documents for two entry monuments that will be built along Thornton Parkway on either side of I-25, and the construction of the monument on the east side of I-25 at Thornton Parkway. The City has developed two preferred concepts for entry monument concepts that will act as a starting point for the designs. On the outside of the mailing envelope note "Proposal Enclosed, Thornton Parkway Entry Monuments, Project No. 22-77B". Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
