Reference Number 0000390846 Delivery Point: Thornton The new 3 MG clearwell will be located at the old Thornton Water Treatment Plant, located at 9520 Ellen Ct., Thornton Colorado 80229. The new 3 MG clearwell will be constructed in the same location as the original, and now obsolete, clearwell built in 1954. The new 3 MG clearwell will also extend into the existing concrete sludge pond area that will be demolished as part of this Project.
