Site work for a civil project in Thornton, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development; and water / sewer project.
The new 3 MG Clearwell #3 will be located at the old Thornton Water Treatment Plant (TWTP), which has recently been demolished. The address is 9520 Ellen Court, Thornton, Colorado 80229. The only buildings/features that remain on the site are the chlorine building and sludge pond. Demolition of the sludge pond will be included in the design of this Project. All building base slabs were removed to top of piers. Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
