Reference Number 0000388356 The purpose of this Request for Qualifications/Proposal is to obtain qualifications, capabilities, and a pricing structure from qualified firms interested in providing Roofing Consulting Services to Mapleton Public Schools for the construction of the new Explore PK-1 Elementary school. Construction Documents are scheduled to be completed in May 2025, and construction is scheduled to start in late July, August 2025. The building is scheduled to be completed during the fall of 2026, and welcoming staff and students for part of the fall 2026 school year. The Project shall be delivered utilizing the design-build delivery model, consistent with the Owner's requirements, all applicable Codes, regulations, guidelines/standards, and high performance building standards within the Project budget and schedule parameters. Location of project is near the intersection of 104th and York streets, Thornton, Colorado with the address being 10320 York Street, Thornton, CO 80229.
