Custom Fabrication of Storage Shelving and Fencing Installation Unit prices will be guaranteed correct by the bidder. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. Successful bidders must verify workers' compensation coverage & general liability of company & outsource. Proof of Insurance to indemnify the County against any liability created by contractor/bidder to the extent allowed by law. (Creek County is to be listed as an additional insured for scope of work.) The Board of Creek County Commissioners have requested sealed bids for the design, build and installation of steel shelving and installation chain-link fence. Contractors must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting to be considered for a contract award. Sealed bids must include the following: 1. Provide Shop Drawings for shelving. 2. Provide framework with 2X3X _ steel tubing framework with tube steel horizontals every two feet. 3. Provide material and labor to install expanded metal decking style for shelves. 4. Build sections, that will be 8' wide approximately 16' high and 2' deep that will bolt together in the field. 5. Provide cost to install all shelving units per approved shop drawings in the designated space layout per the county. 6. Provide material and labor to install chain link fence full height in designated space provided by the County separated three equal sections with lockable built in hardware in three 4 foot wide and 8-foot-high gates for each section. 7. The contractor is responsible for a safe secure workplace. 8. The contractor is to work during normal County Business Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday except Weekends and Holidays.
