The Scope of Work shall include but not be limited to the following: Repair through replacement of chiller, boilers, controls and accessory items for a full and complete system for use in the building and monitor off site. The maximum estimated construction budget for the total Open-End Agreement is $4,000,000. This is a fully locally funded Project. The term of the Agreement will be for two (2) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional years. The design services will be contracted under both fees and hourly rates in accordance with the Manual of Procedures of the State of Alabama Department of Finance, Real Property Management, Division of Construction Management (DCM). Pursuant to 41-4-133 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, the Alabama Building Renovation Finance Authority (ABRFA) requests qualifications from licensed Engineers, Architects, Professional firms, or joint ventures thereof to provide professional Engineering services for the Gordon Persons Building in Montgomery Alabama. This Agreement shall be awarded to one firm, and the services will be contracted under both fees and hourly rates per the Manual of Procedures for the Alabama Division of Construction Management. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
