LED-Illuminated Monument Sign & Decorative Structure Fabrication: Custom-built using aluminum sheet metal and extrusions Finish: Textured finish using automotive-grade sign paint Verbiage and Logo: "SWFL ENTERPRISE CENTER" and logo routed out with acrylic backing LED-illuminated from within Address Numbers: 1/2 " dimensional acrylic Stud-mounted and fastened with nuts and bolts for enhanced durability 4. Electrical Requirements Power Supply: 120V / 20A Connection: Hookup to existing electrical service at the sign location 5. Installation Requirements Sign Installation: Fabricate and weld brackets for new signage to existing sign poles Install new sign structure using crane Pole and Foundation: Excavate and install new sign pole foundation per certified structural engineer's specifications (if required by zoning) Deliver and set new sign pole in concrete foundation Prep pole with metal-etching primer and cap to prevent internal oxidation Grade foundation to prevent water pooling Foundation Type: Pier or block foundation QA - 7/8/25: There is no required pixel pitch. Vendor should understand the speed of traffic on SR 82 to ensure visibility from a distance. A site visit is not mandatory but can be scheduled. The area is accessible at any time. There is NOT a mandatory pre-bid meeting. You do not need to remove the old sign. The other sign of the Property is recommended to for the new sign.
