Segment III Dania-Hollywood-Hallandale Dune Project Agreement Number: 23BO1 Question Deadline 07/14/2025 at 5:00 PM ET The subject work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the purchase, transportation, placement, and grading of beach-compatible sand along the ocean shoreline of Broward County per the Drawings and these specifications. The term County used herein refers to Broward County. C. The Contractor shall provide for overall project quality control/quality assurance, all required inspections, surveys, tests, structure inspections, vibration monitoring, as-built drawings, protection of property, work and persons, public safety, maintenance of traffic, noise control, safety equipment and first aid supplies; sanitary, utility and other facilities, site clean-up and restoration, and restoration of landscape/hardscape, and environmental protection, compliance inspections and reporting, as required by the Contract Documents and State and local laws and regulation. The Contractor shall provide and erect one project identification sign at each of the truck beach-access sites indicated on the drawings. Each sign shall be erected no later than 5 calendar days after each access is initially utilized for purposes of construction. B. The Contractor is responsible for providing and maintaining signs and barricades to notify the public of ongoing construction activities within the work area. A minimum of one such warning sign shall be maintained at the north and south ends of the area(s) where sand is being placed, for the duration of the work at that area.
