The proposed work in the base bid generally consists of milling, HMA Surface Course, concrete curb replacement, concrete sidewalk, ADA improvements, 3 thick HMA bike path installation, drainage improvements, signal improvements, traffic striping and related appurtenances. Three (3) Alternate Bids are being accepted for similar, related work. BID SECURITY: Must be in the form of a certified treasurers or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00), is required and should be made payable to Voorhees Township. Docs notes Bidders may obtain copies of the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents from the above office upon payment of seventy-five dollars ($75.00). Checks should be made payable to Environmental Resolutions Inc. The payment for contract documents is non-refundable. If the contract documents are to be mailed there is an additional fifteen-dollar ($15.00) fee for postage.
