The successful bidder shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the work as set forth in the general provisions of the contract, including General and Supplementary Conditions and Technical Specifications. The proposed work includes the demolition of a 1 ½ story frame building and removal and disposal of various site amenities. The intention is to provide and secure the demolition of the existing structure and associated site amenities at 316 Kresson Gibbsboro Road in the Township of Voorhees, Camden County, complete in every detail as shown or specified, for the prices bid in the Proposal. The work generally consists of the demolition of the existing structure, removal and disposal of identified site amenities, abandonment of an on-site septic system, isolated tree removal, and various soil conservation measures as required. Proposals must be submitted on the appropriate form, properly filled out, and duly executed. Bid security must be provided in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.
