Term: November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2028. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide monthly water treatment services at the EDD Santa Barbara Office located at 130 E. Ortega St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: Inspections pertaining to work. Consultation/planning on best method to achieve intended result. Completion of water treatment services as specified and scheduled by the EDD Facilities Representative Identify and report to EDD Facilities Representative any safety hazard, leaks, faulty equipment or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office that is determined to need repair or replacement. The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD and local office policies and procedures while on the premises. All work shall be completed in compliance with applicable industry specifications, regulations, and ordinances. The Contractor shall ensure that all water treatment procedures, products, and systems meet the relevant health and safety standards, local regulations, and environmental guidelines. For final acceptance of treatment services, all systems treated or maintained under this agreement shall be fully operational, with all treatments properly applied and effective as per agreed specifications. The Contract shall provide documentation of compliance and confirmation of proper system following each treatment cycle. The Contractor shall not assign or sublet any work covered by this Agreement. Travel time will be at the Contractor's expense, including but not limited to travel time, mileage, trip charge, and per diem If you wish to bid, see the Instructions to Bidders. If you make any additions or modifications to the IFB package, it may result in the rejection of your bid. The EDD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation and Incentive requirements are waived for this IFB.
