The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, equipment, supervision and appurtenances necessary to provide annual preventative maintenance/load bank testing for 3 Boilers located at Los Banos Del Mar Pool, located at 401 Shoreline Dr, Santa Barbara, CA, and will continue to Ortega Park Poo1 located at 604 Ortega St, Santa Barbara, CA and end at City of Santa Barbara Fleet Department Boiler, located at 635 Laguna St., Santa Barbara, CA,s. In addition to the Annual and Quarterly preventative maintenance services, the vendor will also provide emergency response and repair services. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.
