The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit Bids from qualified firms or individuals to install an additional pump at the Lake Bridge Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to increase the capacity of the pump station and meet the demand needs at Pasco County's most Eastern Point of Connection (POC) for the Lake Bridge Water Treatment Plant-Pump No. 4, Project #07542, Contract #2026012 ("the Project"). The Project is located in Pasco County. The budget for this project is $1,565,868.00. Question Deadline 07/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Online Portal 1. Preparation ofthe Electrical room for the installation ofVFD #4 and the installation ofVFD #4. 2. Construction of all required equipment and pipe supports. 3. Installation ofthe pump, motor, and all associated piping and/or appurtenances in the High Service Pump room. 4. Verification and pulling of existing electrical and instrumentation conductors from the pump room and VFD room to the control panel. 5. Purchasing, storage, and transportation of all equipment to the site and installation in the appropriate locations. 6. Replacement ofthe existing Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) processorwith the new PLC processor. 7. Program and configuration of the PLC and HMI software upgrades along with the upgrading existing PLC functionality. 8. Conduct performance testing for all control system programing, including the new pump and motor. 9. Furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the complete and proper construction ofthe work during construction. 10. Perform commissioning and startup ofthe Lake Bridge Pump Station once installation and PLC integration are completed.
