Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Chamblee, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a development; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: Retrofit of an existing storm water detention pond located along the City of Chamblee Rail Trail to a tiered storm water wetlands with walking path and park amenities. The project scope includes development of aesthetic water features, multi-use path, cast inplace concrete retaining walls, elevated observation deck, seating, site lighting, landscaping, other park features, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. In lieu of a Bid Bond, the City will accept a cashiers check, certified check, or cash deposit in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding, to evaluate Bids, and to accept any Bid, which in his opinion, may be for his best interest.
