The Project includes the following Work: Installation of ASTM C361 A-25 Reinforced Concrete Low Head Pipe of the size specified in the plans, installation of polyethylene geomembrane composite, cast in place reinforced concrete, install mechanical and automated gate equipment, demolition of reinforce concrete structures, excavation, earthwork, site revegetation, site grading and drainage. An acceptable Penal Sum Bid Bond in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid amount shall accompany each bid proposal as stipulated in Article 8 of Section C - 200 Instructions to Bidders for Construction Contract. The owner will select the most qualified and advantageous bid. The owner may retain any or all bid(s) for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days prior to awarding a contract. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any or all formalities.
