The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to inspect and repair the Box/Head Assemblies, Trunnion Roller Assemblies, 2-hp electric motor operated Coffing chain hoists and stainless-steel lifting chains and appurtenances and perform a load test on three (3) 2-ton capacity freestanding Spanco Jib cranes as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. Work is contained under one (1) lump sum contract. Contractor shall furnish and install original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts - including but not limited to small main cone bearings, flat grease-retaining washers, and snap rings comprising the box/head assemblies, and the large roller bearing spacers, and large roller cone bearings comprising the trunnion roller assemblies of three (3) existing 2-ton Spanco(R) jib cranes at the Influent Pump Station, together with all accessories and appurtenances necessary for a complete installation.
