Site work for a water / sewer project in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 26, 2025, there was only one bid on this project and the bid was rejected. The owner does not anticipate rebidding at this time. The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to inspect and repair the Box/Head Assemblies, Trunnion Roller Assemblies, 2-hp electric motor operated Coffing chain hoists and stainless-steel lifting chains and appurtenances and perform a load test on three (3) 2-ton capacity freestanding Spanco Jib cranes as described elsewhere in the Project Manual and/or shown on the Drawings. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. Work is contained under one (1) lump sum contract. TAX MAP PARCEL No.: 36015C013 Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Contractor shall furnish and install original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts - including but not limited to small main cone bearings, flat grease-retaining washers, and snap rings comprising the box/head assemblies, and the large roller bearing spacers, and large roller cone bearings comprising the trunnion roller assemblies of three (3) existing 2-ton Spanco(R) jib cranes at the Influent Pump Station, together with all accessories and appurtenances necessary for a complete installation.
