Easton Road Pump Station Demolition Contract The work to be done under this contract consists of all labor equipment, and materials for the Easton Road Pump Station Demolition, Equipment Removal and Disposal and Site Restoration and the installation of two insertion valves and one gate valve, as described elsewhere in the project manual and/or shown on the drawings. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contracts, and to waive any informality in the bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The following professional consultant is responsible to the Authority for the project: Gilmore & Associates, Inc., 65 East Butler Avenue, Suite 100, New Britain, PA 18901. Questions will be received online only until Thursday August 14, 2025, at 5:00 PM. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
