Site work for a road / highway in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Line painting will include intersection markings and long lines for specified locations in Horsham Township. The quantities and road list are provided in the bid documents. All material, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards. The work shall begin no earlier than June 23, 2025 unless otherwise approved by the Township and shall be substantially completed by August 29th 2025. All sealed bids must be addressed to Horsham Township Council, at the Township Building. Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to Horsham Township along with an Agreement of Surety certifying that the required Performance and Payment Bonds will be provided to the Bidder. Bids may be withdrawn within two (2) business days after the opening of Bids only by the withdrawing Bidder's strict compliance with 73 P.S. 1602 and any subsequent amendments. Horsham Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
