Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 9.03 miles of IH 94 eastbound from CTH O to CTH EW in Jackson and Monroe Counties. IH 94 eastbound is anticipated to receive a 3.5" mill and 4" overlay and the eastbound ramps at CTH O and CTH EW are anticipated to receive a 3" mill and 3" overlay. Additional work includes full depth doweled concrete repair, culvert related work (1 cleaning, 1 cured in place liner, 3 replace endwalls, 1 outlet ditching), replace type 1 signs, ramp gate, and pavement markings. The resurfacing is anticipated to be completed under traffic using lane closures during off-peak traffic periods.
