Renovation of a mixed-use development in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility; and one-story above grade retail development.

The Ho-Chunk Health Care Center located in Black River Falls was constructed in 2002 and is located on Tribal lands near Black River Falls, Wisconsin. It is a single story, steel structure, framed building of approximately 42,000 square feet. The Ho-Chunk Food Distribution Building located in Black River Falls was constructed in 2005 and is located on Tribal lands near Black River Falls, Wisconsin. It is a single story, steel structure, framed building of approximately 12,550 square feet. These facilities are in need of renovations in multiple areas of the facilities. Improvements will include carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler work. Contractor/Contractor/bidder shall submit all questions on RFP in writing (email acceptable) by Friday, October 10, 2025. An award is expected early November 2025. Ho-Chunk Health Care Center: Renovations will include installation of base cabinets and badge access doors, and conversion of space into offices. Food Distribution Building: Renovations will include installation of new flooring, checkout lanes, traffic swinging doors and ADA doors, and repainting. Proposals shall be submitted to the Nation's Division of Environmental Health by certified mail, email, or personal delivery. Plainly mark the outside of the envelope containing the Proposal with the following notation: "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED - HO-CHUNK HEALTH CARE CENTER AND FOOD DISTRIBUTION BUILDING RENOVATIONS." Electronic submissions shall be a single PDF attachment. Contractor is responsible for confirming submission and receipt of proposals. There will not be a public bid opening.
