Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Limit : Park Dr to Ih 94 The pavement and structure need treatment to extend their service lives Rehabilitation project to resurface approximately 9.89 miles of USH 12 in Jackson County. The anticipated design includes a 2 pre-mill, 4 cold in-place recycle (CIR), with a 4 HMA overlay. Additional work includes gravel shouldering, beam guard replacement & rehabilitation, spot curb and gutter replacement, culvert replacement, culvert lining, culvert cleaning, scour repair, erosion repair, clearing, and pavement marking. Grout under outlet apron and riprap outlet on C-27- 7798. Add riprap to channel and around south wings on C-27-7829. Anticipated to be constructed under traffic utilizing single-lane flagging operations. Anticipated Construction Cost: $8,000,000-$8,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
