The project involves the River Drive road work, which includes pulverizing and paving a 20-foot wide roadway over a length of 1600 feet, with a 3-inch thickness using Type 4MT 58-28 S hot mix asphalt, and adding 2-foot shoulders. Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10 percent of the bid amount. The Town of Brockway reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
