Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In general, this project consists of a new County Highway Department maintenance shop, two pre-engineered cold storage buildings and a brine mixing building. Buildings are pre-cast, masonry and steel construction. Previously awarded packages include; Concrete, Structural Precast, Steel Supply, Pre Engineered Metal Buildings, Earthwork and Asphalt paving. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions, conflicts, or doubt as to true meaning of any part of contract documents to Market & Johnsonis attention, in writing, at least five (5) days before the due date for bids
