Site work and paving for a road / highway in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Scope of the project: Mills Rd, New Gravel Granite Base (heading East, begin at the exiting gravel, continue 3,412' x 15' x 4' to the paved intersection at the junction of Kelly Rd). The Contractor is responsible for all legal signing and traffic control. All work must comply with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation standard specifications for highway construction. The Town of Manchester reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids most advantageous to the Township. It is the Town Board's desire that all gravel placement be completed by September 15th, 2025.
