Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Myrnam, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a medical facility.
The Village of Myrnam would like to get an estimate of what it would cost to demolish two old buildings within the Village of Myrnam: an old hospital, and an old theatre. These estimates will be used for internal decision making, if and when the time is right for the Village to move forward with demolition. Hazardous materials testing has NOT been done on either building although the Village did go through them with a building inspector who claims that, surprisingly, there is very minimal asbestos. Cancelled.
