No definite date for the rebid.** Preliminary Project Summary: Remodel existing City Wastewater Treatment Facility including new headworks, rotors, clarifier, u.v. system, electrical, and appurtenances. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Preliminary Range of Expected Probable Construction Costs is: $2,600,000 to $3,500,000 Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE and WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
