Renovation of a detention facility in Valentine, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
For the purpose of the re-roofing of approximately 10,950 square feet of roof at the location of the Cherry County Justice Center For more detailed information on this project please contact Building & Grounds Superintendent Pat Greenough at: 402-322-1520. The Cherry County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Specs for East Roof and West Roof 1. Over existing EPDM/Roof Insulation Install new 1/2" ISO guard coverboard R Value=(2.5) with cement drive fastners. 2. Install new fully adhered .060 EPDM Elevate roof syster per Manufactures specfications. 3. Install new through roof penetration flashing at all curbs and through roof pipe penetrations 4. Install new 24 gauge Color Clad edge metal flashing and hold down to match existing. 5. Reflash existing roof drains, Install new walk pads at roof access hatch as existing. 6. Install 1/2" to 0" taper cant flashing at transition from new roof down to existing roof along north transition flashing. 7. Note any manufacturers warranties. 8. Commercial sky light Dome on existing Sky light curb.
