Site work, renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Valentine, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Frederick Peak Golf Club is Seeking Bids From Licensed and Insured Contractors to Replace the Roof, Repair Water Damage on the Clubhouse, Removal of the West Window and Complete an Addition of a North Patio to the Clubhouse. Each Contractor Submitting a Bid is Required to Submit One Bid With Detailed Breakdown for the Cost of the Roof Replacement, Water Damage Repair, Window Removal and Patio Addition. The Sealed Bids Will Be Opened and Publicly Read Aloud at the Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting on April 1, 2026 at 6pm The City and Frederick Peak Golf Club Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Formal Defects or Irregularities in the Bids, When Deemed to Be in the Interest of the City.
