This may not be an exclusive contract and the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources. The contract will begin upon execution and end on June 30, 2027, with potential for extension if mutually agreed. If the contract is cancelled or additional vendors are needed, the solicitation may be used for up to eighteen months, provided the goods or services are from a bidder who submitted a response, was evaluated, and will honor their original proposal including cost, with allowed price increases.
