The scope of work includes interior framing and rough carpentry as shown on the drawings and specified in Section 061000 - Rough Carpentry, gypsum board installation and finishing, rated wall and ceiling assemblies as detailed, related demolition required for framing and drywall installation, and coordination with other trades, all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Goodlife Architecture, LLC. Bids must include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the framing and drywall scope of work. Bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the project site prior to submitting a bid, are responsible for examining the site, and becoming familiar with existing conditions affecting the work. Failure to visit the site will not relieve the successful bidder from performing the work for the submitted bid price. The City reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
