Renovation of a military facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This task order is to repair the exterior of B290 and B719 with appropriate long-term finish and paint to reseal and protect. PPIs shall be submitted via email to Jason.a.lewis34.civ@us.navy.mil. Questions shall be clearly stated, and include the solicitation, specification, or drawing reference and provided in MS WORD format. PPIs will be accepted up to five business days following the site visit. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 15 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 270 days.* The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $1,065.62 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
