The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, transportation, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform periodic preventative maintenance and unscheduled repair services on three General Electric Structurix M ECO Model 5203/300 radiography film processors. Two units are located at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) in Bremerton, WA, and one unit is at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) in San Diego, CA. Preventative maintenance includes semiannual servicing, ISO 17025 calibration, and replacement of specified OEM parts. Unscheduled services include troubleshooting and repairs in response to processor failures or poor film quality. All work must be performed by a contractor authorized by Waygate (formerly GE), with access to OEM parts and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. The contractor must comply with safety, security, and environmental regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures and hazardous material handling. Maintenance must ensure optimal processor performance and image quality, and documentation of services performed must be submitted within two business days. Place of Performance: The work under this contract shall be performed at government facilities located at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, 1400 Farragut Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98314.
