Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The principal items or elements of construction include: Replace existing wood-framed deck and railing to bring into conformance with current building code. Deck footprint not to change. Drill holes to accommodate fire protection system, installed by others. Minor regrade of asphalt pavement and landscaping wall at deck ramp landing area required for ADA compliance. Instructions for the delivery of bids are contained in this Invitation to Bid for the Project. Prospective Bidders are hereby notified that they are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bid to the Kitsap County Purchasing Office on or before the bid submission date and time indicated above. The Kitsap County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Eagles Nest Deck Rebuild until the time and date indicated above.
