Reference Number 0000296888 Work must be complete no later than November 1, 2025 Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Tender #3416 420 Pembina Highway Lower Roof Replacement Manitoba Public Insurance requires Tenders from Vendors to provide lower roof replacement, and for construction of all work indicated on the Drawings and in the Project Manual ("Contract Documents"), for its location at 420 Pembina Highway, Winnipeg, Manitoba, and as more fully described in the RFT document. Every Bid shall be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, together with a Consent of Surety to Bond. The accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance Assurance Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount. The Owner in its sole discretion may reject or accept all or any part of a Bid, including any or all of the Bids submitted under this Bid call; and the Owner is under no obligation whatsoever to accept the lowest or any Bid submitted.
