As of 7/8/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. Cost Range: $15,000 - $20,000 pressure washing, scraping, and painting the exterior of the new Recreation Facility (formerly the Pepsi building) located at 1009 S. Main Street. The contractor assumes responsibility for Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance.
