Site work and renovation of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the following: a. Clarifier improvements including but are not limited to clarifier mechanism replacement, access bridge installation, and clarifier influent riser pipe b. Aeration system improvements including but are not limited to diffusers replacement c. Installing two (2) new 1,950 SCFM centrifugal blowers on a concrete pad, dedicated to Train No. 2 d. Relocating the 12" influent pipe entrance to the aeration basin. e. Installing a new aboveground 12" butterfly valve and D.I.P 90 degree elbow fitting at the existing splitter box f. Installing new decant arm g. Blasting and recoating the clarifier effluent pipe, and sludge transfer pipe h. Recoating the 8" and 10" main air header, replacing main air header couplings i. RAS/WAS airlift improvements j. NPW system improvements k. Electrical improvements l.
