Approx. 1,271 LF 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 1,412 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system 3. Approx. 1,464 LF of 24-inch through 48-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 5,108 SY of 6-inch subgrade Preparation 5.Approx. 4,801 SY of 6-inch Reinforced Concrete Pavement 6. Approx. 879 LF of Earthen Swale Excavation A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond and a maintenance bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online at https://bids.lja.com. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified of the addendum.
