The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is issuing this competitive solicitation with the intention of awarding a contract for the purchase of painting exterior of existing property. In accordance with RCW 39.26, purchases of goods and services must be based on a competitive procurement process in which the Contract is awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The VHA reserves the right to amend and modify this competitive solicitation. Predrill and fasten any loose boards found. Paint surfaces with 2 coats to match existing sheen and 3 paint colors. This includes all walls, trim, rake, barge, eaves soffits, gutters, downspouts and doors. Work is to include painting of shed to match building and staining of 2 entryway trellises.
