Replace the Two Furnaces and Ac Units Scope of work -General Condition's: Replace two furnaces and two AC units for the 700 Main building -Reclaim old refrigerant, remove lines, disposal and cleanup according to code -Remove and dispose of old furnaces - Replace the two Furnaces with two Trane furnaces Model S9X1C100U5PSBB - Replace one AC unit with a Trane Model 5TTR3042A1000A and one AC unit with a Trane Model 5TTR3036A1000A - Install incudes AC compressor, A-coil, parts, materials and labor -Supply refrigerant piping, fittings and specialties -install control wiring - Install to code -Start-up and testing of new equipment -Management, clerical -Maintain a safe work environment Lafayette County Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or to Accept The Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to Lafayette County
